Daml 2.10.0 is a Long Term Support (LTS) release. An LTS release focuses on long term stability and is supported for multiple years. See [LTS FAQ](https://blog.digitalasset.com/developers/release-notes/2.10.0#anchor-LTS-FAQ) for more information.

Additionally this release includes

- GA for Smart Contract Upgrade (SCU) feature
- Tri-state Vetting feature compliments SCU by allowing a DAR to be unvetted in production
