# Topology Freeze Friday 9 am US Eastern

Reminder that there will be a Logical Synchronizer Upgrade (LSU) this week on MainNet, to adopt CantonBFT. This will freeze the network topology for 24 hours from Friday morning 9 am to Saturday morning 9 am US Eastern. Normal Daml transactions will proceed during this time without pause. Transactions will pause around 9 am US Eastern Saturday morning for a few minutes, and then resume.
