I used to have an account on daml.talentlms.com. Used it for a fair amount of time, bought a couple of trainings, and I was aiming to complete the certification for Daml Technical Solution Architect sometime around November last year. In the meantime, I needed to interrupt it for a while and was going to get back to it now. When I’ve tried to log in on the training platform and was unable to do so, I’ve reached out via e-mail to get my account reactivated and was warned that my account was “likely pruned due to inactivity by the platform operator” and my only option was “to now create a new account”. Creating a new account is not my ideal since I would lose the all the courses that I’ve purchased so far. I was hoping to get some advice on how to proceed regarding this matter.
