Ditto yield vaults on Canton: feedback on integration priorities

Hi everyone,

I’m Vlad, co-founder of Ditto. We build DeFi yield and automation products. We operate a Canton MainNet validator and have developed a private prototype for Canton DevNet using Canton Token Standard interfaces, with application accounting and processing queues currently maintained off-ledger.

Our goal is to bring working yield-vault products to Canton and automate their operating workflows using the ecosystem’s existing standards and infrastructure.

We’ve reviewed some approved vault-standard proposals and we’d like to understand where another vault builder could contribute a useful integration that complements those efforts.

For Ditto, the most relevant contribution would be a concrete protocol adapter or operational workflow that we need for our yield product and that other Canton applications could reuse.

Before defining a Development Fund proposal, we’d appreciate guidance on three questions:

  1. Which vault interfaces, packages and versions are ready for an integrating team to use today, and which remain under development?
  2. Are there priority protocol integrations or operational workflows outside the existing proposals’ scope that maintainers or other builders would like another team to implement?
  3. Would a maintainer or potential integration partner help review a small scope and determine whether it belongs within existing work or merits a separate Development Fund proposal?

Feedback from DeFi & Liquidity and dApp Integration participants would be especially helpful.

Thanks,
Vlad
