If you have a DevNet validator running, just use the wallet UI tap button directly and no external faucet needed. The faucet site you found is community-run and not officially maintained.
The HolderService_AcceptTransferOffer choice is part of the cBTC utility package from that faucet, it’s a custom DAR from Bitsafe, not a Splice package, which is why it’s not in the list.
For DevNet CC, the standard path is just tapping from your own wallet UI.
If you specifically need cBTC from that faucet, you’d need to get the HolderService DAR from Bitsafe directly it’s not publicly distributed via DA. Reach out to them via the forum or their site.
