It appears that there is an issue with the GSF scan at the moment. If you query any of the other SV’s scans they have the transaction.

Hi, what is a GSF scan? Is there an estimated timeframe for recovery? The transactions listed above are legitimate, right?

The Global Synchronizer Foundation (GSF) node is one of 13 SVs. Each SV runs their own scan instance. You can get the URLs from https://canton.foundation/sv-network-status-2/. You generally want to query multiple and trust a response if you get it from a threshold of SVs.
