Can't send money from exchange (Kraken) to Zoro Wallet

Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to interact as a retail user on Canton Network since 7+ months. I have signed up for multiple wallets (most of them I can’t sign-up because the waitlist is full (???)). I have reached out to the Canton Network Team through various avenues (Twitter, Homepage, “Talk to an Expert”, etc. but never got a reply. After months of searching I finally found and set up Zoro Wallet (https://zorowallet.com/). To fund the wallet, I wanted to send $CC from Kraken to the wallet. Now, the transaction failed, and I can’t find either the a) Transaction-ID, the Ref-ID or my wallet address (shown on Zoro Wallet) on CantonScan. Can you help me check what happened?

First of all, thank you for your patience, and I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced getting started on Canton.

Regarding the transaction, I’m unfortunately not able to investigate Kraken transactions directly. Could you confirm whether Kraken reported the withdrawal as successful, pending, or failed?

Are you able to send me via DM your PartyID (from Zoro) so I can have a look?

Appreciate the quick answer! Kraken reported the transaction as failed. I’m not sure what PartyID is, but will send you some information in DM.

If Kraken reported the transaction as failed, then it is likely that the transfer never reached the Canton Network, which would explain why you are unable to find the Transaction ID, Reference ID.

PartyID is the wallet address.
